The "Saturday Night Live" Season 50 premiere is fast approaching.
Plenty of cast movements have taken place in the offseason, including several departures and the additions of Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim and Jane Wickli.
Meanwhile, the host lineup for the start of this season includes returning comedians like John Mulaney and Nate Bargatze. Early performers for this season include Chappell Roan, Coldplay and several others.

When is the 'SNL' Season 50 premiere date?
The "Saturday Night Live" Season 50 premiere date is Sept. 28.
American actress and comedian Jean Smart, who stars in the American comedy-drama television series "Hacks" is slated to host the season's first show.
The shows musical guest will be Grammy Award-nominated artist Jelly Roll.

Where to watch 'SNL'
"SNL" episodes will be available to watch live on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT.
Viewers can also stream it on Peacock.
